Here at Core, we cater to a very sporty audience and totally love these applications for our super popular silicone rings. Core silicone rings has been involved in sponsoring and attending many popular sporting events and associations over the past few months – here is a recap of what we have been up to!
February 2017 :
Lions Rugby players officially kitted out with Core Silicone Rings
We are super proud to have the extremely talented and popular Lions rugby team sport our silicone rings. So much safer and more comfortable to wear than the traditional metal ring, Core silicone rings are a sportsman’s best friend!
18 – 21 March 2017:
MTB – 3 Mountains
Mountain bikers and trail runners from all around South Africa descended on the town of Clocolan in the Eastern Free State to take part in this 4 stage race. We were involved in this awesome event as sponsors just loved the event!

Once again we are so proud to have these amazingly talented rugby players wear our silicone rings. We love our sport and are thrilled to be able to support so many talented sportsmen in South Africa.
3 June 2017:
Vodacom Hippo Hollow MTB Challenge
This popular mountain bike race traversed the scenic routes of Iduna Adventures and Elephant Whispers as well as the Hippo Hollow Country Estate in Hazyview.
We loved being part of this incredible event and loved the attractions too! There were food stalls, live music, chill zones, kids areas, craft beer on tap and even massages for the participants.

These super fit guys and girls just love our silicone rings – they are perfect for training and don’t get in the way or irritate during training. Our silicone rings are the much safer option for gymming and weight training as they are super comfy, do not get stuck in equipment and are really durable and stretchy.

What a great event – we also spent some time with our favorite extreme sportsmen from Le Riche Racing! These guys are crazy talented and we are really proud to be affiliated with them!
